Short of breath, Lost in mind, Feels close to death, In a bind.
Wandering I am, So lost in time. Need out of this ‘sham’, So a mountain I’ll climb. Wanting to reach the top, But just keep falling. Hitting me the rocks won’t stop.
I know there’s a calling, So I push with all my might. Sadly, not hard enough. Want to win the fight, But it’s just too tough.
